e Comm Solutions, Inc.  also know as ECSI  and doing business as ESI and ECSI Technologies was formed in 2005 as a holding company but we quickly realized that rather then just be a holding company we need to diversify and give our company  a great deal of stability. We did stock purchases and acquired what was once Executive Communication mainly because there where already contracts in place with partner such as Plantronics, GN NetCom , WTG / World Telecom Group and all of their affiliates. So this purchase was a no brainier.
